HM Computer.com is pleased to introduce our new Bonus Points Program.
This program begins September 20, 2004 and is available on purchases
through our on-line store only. We value your business and this
is our way of saying thank you to all our loyal customers for your
continued support.
How can I get Bonus Points?
Each item in our on-line store is assigned a "bonus
point earned" value. When you purchase these products,
you will accumulate the points associated with the product. The
more you buy, the more points you get. It is that simple.
What can I get for those Bonus Points?
Your Bonus Points can be redeem for discount coupons for a choice
selection of our on-line products. This selection is updated frequently
to give you more products to choose from.
How do I redeem my Bonus Points?
Go to BONUS PROGRAM page and click on the item to get the COUPON
for the item. Now add the item to your shopping cart. When you checkout,
used the COUPON you get. You will get the value of the COUPON subtracted
from your item.
What are the little COUPONS on your Bonus Program page?
The Coupons are discounts associated with a specific product. The
dollar amount shown on the coupon is the amount that will be deducted
from your total at the end of the checkout session. If there is
a part number following "For:" that means
the coupon is only valid for the purchase of that item. If "COUPON"
follows the "For:", that means the coupon
can be use for any item in your shopping cart. "Exp:"
shows the coupon expiration date.
When will my points show on my account?
Bonus Points are validated 14-20 days after your order is shipped.
If your order was not completed for any reason (Example: cancellation,
refund, collection errors), the points for that order will not count.
On my BONUS BASKET, I see QTY, VALUE, POINTS and PENDING
POINTS. What do they mean?
Qty shows the total number of coupons that you currently have in
your COUPON BASKET.
VALUE shows the total value of all your coupons in your COUPON BASKET.
POINTS show the total points that available for redemption.
PENDING POINTS show the total number of Bonus Points that are waiting
to be validated (14-20 days from the day order is shipped).
What is the number next to the little man on the BONUS PROGRAM
page meant?
This is the number of points you will need to have to redeem the
coupon below. If you click on <MORE> icon and redeem it, you
will find you lost some POINTS and you gain that coupon in your
COUPON BASKET.
May I use the Coupon with any product?
Yes, only if the COUPON indicates 'For:COUPON.
Can I transfer the points or give the Coupons to somebody
else?
No, points or coupons cannot be transferred to another party.
Why is the points on the bonus items changes sometimes?
Because the item's market prices may change, points can change as
well. If the supply on the items become short, it can also be removed.
This rarely happens.
How do I become a member of your BONUS PROGRAM?
To become a member you must register with us. This will enable us
to track your bonus points. You may register with us at any time
by going to the Register button on top of the page. If you do not
register, you will not be eligible for the Bonus Points Program.
Should I redeem my bonus points for coupon when ever I can?
No. We recommend you to redeem your coupon just before use. We do
not hold products for coupons redeemed in accounts. It will also
face expiration.
