please have the following when calling, and include
the following in your email or fax: Your name,
address, phone & fax number (where the computer
is located), and email address. Your invoice number,
and order number (if any). Indicate the specific
type of purchases (refer to the invoice and/or
manual). If it is a computer system, please indicate
what hardware or peripherals you have installed
in the system, by manufacturer, specific model,
and other characteristics as appropriate. Indicate
what software has been installed, especially any
and all drivers that you installed or any changes
that you made to your system setup. The nature
of the issue or problem. Please be as descriptive
as possible (especially in an email request -
more information is better).
